I compete in ballroom dance but have been forced to take a break from competition recently. I still dance at social parties but feel a little unfulfilled. I’m missing the challenge of competition where the stakes are higher and I have to push past fear and anxiety and give it my all to hopefully be successful. I enjoy the routine dancing at socials, but definitely crave to be challenged more on a deeper level. Great article!
